Preparing for Your Appointment

  • Moisturize everyday before your appointment. The softer your skin is, the easier it is for me to tattoo! Easier for me to tattoo = a faster and easier tattoo process for you!

  • Be sure to get a good nights rest (especially for larger appointments) and take it easy on the alcohol the night before. Being hungover during your tattoo appointment does not feel good!

  • Make sure to eat a full meal at least 1 hour before your appointment to help keep your blood sugar up and prevent lightheadedness. That means you need more than just a granola bar lol

  • I have some snacks and drinks available at the shop, but if you have allergies or want something specific feel free to bring your own!

  • I have a tv and music in the studio to help keep you entertained during your appointment and I’m happy to chat with you too if talking helps keep you comfortable. Feel free to bring your own headphones or device to watch shows if you prefer or books / work as long as your tattoo position permits.

  • Please let me know if you prefer having a silent session — there is no pressure to socialize or fill the silence if you just want to relax, its your appointment and your comfort is my priority.

  • Let me know beforehand if you have any specific position / mobility limitations so I can make the experience as comfortable as possible.

  • I am happy to accommodate you as much as possible — if you have specific requests please let me know and I will do what I can.
